I forgot to post the main reason that I'd stopped to look at the old Peugeot bicycle in the first place. The diminutive front rack! I've spotted a similar one before, but this seems even more ridiculous. Even so, I would happily use it to carry any conveniently small and square objects I ever need to move.
Ok, that was random, I read two blog posts about teeny front racks in the space of 10 minutes. Here is the other, asking the same "what's it good for?" question.
